This flow describes how to cancel a token in MANSOQ. Use it when the patient leaves, or when staff do not serve the token. See Token.
Pre-requisites
- The token is in a queue.
- You have the permissions listed below.
Permissions
| Permission | Access |
|---|---|
| Can Create on Token | Lets you cancel a token. |
| Can list token on Object | Lets you see the queue and its tokens. |
Steps
1. Open the queue
Open the facility and select Queues. Select the queue that holds the token. See Manage a token queue.
2. Find the token
Find the token on the Ongoing tab.
3. Cancel the token
Select Cancel Token on that token. MANSOQ asks you to confirm.
4. Confirm
Select Cancel Token to confirm.
Expected Outcome
- The token status changes to Cancelled.
- Staff do not call the token in the queue.
