Send a payment notice from evidenced cash

Notify the payer only after an actual provider bank receipt is confirmed.

Before you begin

1. Check the bank evidence

Confirm the cash transaction exists, its exact statement line has been reviewed and its return status permits notification.

2. Check the linked advice

Select the matching advice and confirm the notice amount/currency against evidenced cash and the payment-received date.

3. Submit the notice through canonical finance

Use the payment-notice operation with stable notice identity and correlation context. Record the created/deduplicated result and evidenced_cash returned by the service.

4. Monitor unnotified receipts

Review the payment-notice queue and unnotified receipt report for confirmed cash that still needs payer notification.

Notification is a separate obligation

Import, confirmation, allocation and notice are distinct steps. A notice made before confirmation would assert money was received without proof.

Controlled retries

Preserve the supported notice identifier and inspect deduplicated results. Do not create a new notice merely because the operator did not see the first response.

Troubleshooting

The receipt remains in the unnotified list

Review the advice/transaction linkage, confirmation, currency and notice evidence. Resolve the returned refusal before retrying.
