Before you begin

1. Open the patient

Find the patient. Use the steps in Search for a patient.

Select the patient in the search results. MANSOQ opens the patient's profile.

You can also open the profile from a patient's Encounter, Appointment, or other clinical record.

2. Read the patient's information

The profile shows the patient's information in tabs. Select a tab to read that information.

Tab What it shows

Social Profile The patient's social information.
Volunteer Contact The users assigned to support this patient in the field, for example volunteers.

3. Open the other tabs

MANSOQ shows more tabs when you have the necessary permissions.

Questionnaire Updates The questionnaire responses recorded for the patient.

Note: Which of these tabs you see depends on your permissions.

Expected Outcome

Version and facility configuration

This procedure is grounded in the repository’s version 3.1 user guide and the audited source revision. Available encounter types, required demographics, terminology, permissions and enabled services depend on your facility configuration. Use the labels and access controls on your own instance; the source references below identify the documented implementation.
