Expected Outcome

Version and configuration

These steps are grounded in the version 3.1 user guide and current source anchors. Available actions depend on your facility setup, roles, active catalogue records and deployment configuration. Source references identify the documented revision; live screenshots and site-specific SOPs still require instance-level validation.

Current form addition and local-address limit

The current shared form also includes Facility business timezone, with IANA validation. Its PIN Code field currently requires a six-digit positive integer. If your facility requires a different local postcode format, have the deployment owner resolve that limitation rather than entering a fabricated value. Directory visibility describes the facility listing; clinical-data access remains permission controlled.

Troubleshooting

A valid local postcode is rejected

The audited shared PIN Code validator accepts only numbers from 100000 to 999999. Escalate the address-format limitation to the deployment owner.
