Version and configuration
These steps are grounded in the version 3.1 user guide and current source anchors. Available actions depend on your facility setup, roles, active catalogue records and deployment configuration. Source references identify the documented revision; live screenshots and site-specific SOPs still require instance-level validation.
Troubleshooting
The prescription has no print action
The documented prescription print action is not offered for an empty prescription. Confirm that the intended prescription contains medications.
