Create a provider contract without losing amendment history
Attach signed commercial scope, sites, dates and tariff terms to an auditable contract.

Before you begin
- Insurer and delegated administrator configured.
- Verified signed base contract and any signed addenda.
1. Create the contract draft
Select the provider sites, insurer and applicable administrator role. Record commercial scope, service levels and legal tax recipient from the signed contract.
2. Link the signed base document
Record its signing date and select the independently verified source. A general public contract instrument does not establish the parties’ signed commercial terms.
3. Retain each addendum separately
Add amendments with their own signing dates and reviewed source records. Preserve prior versions so old claim pricing can still be explained.
4. Establish the pricing date rule
Set the contract’s evidenced pricing-date rule and map its tariffs. Resolve unknown fields, review overlaps and obtain approval before activation.
Historical pricing
The applicable version and pricing-date rule determine the selected tariff. A newer addendum is not permission to rewrite the configuration that governed a past claim.
Missing evidence
A contract without the required signed document linkage can block activation and canonical insured-visit preparation. The hold should identify the missing record for contracting to repair.
Troubleshooting
A tariff preview is available but the visit cannot finalize
Review contract source linkage and the separate reservation, tax, exchange and settlement gates. A price preview alone does not authorize financial finalization.
