Upload and independently verify source evidence
Create private, traceable evidence for insurance contracts, tariffs, policies and configuration.
Current source · source reviewed · 6 min read
Before you begin
- RCM configuration access.
- A signed or authoritative PDF, DOCX or XLSX and a second authorized reviewer.
1. Open Source Evidence
Open Settings → RCM → Source Evidence in the selected facility. Record a unique register ID, document version, authority and applicable dates.
2. Upload the source file
Upload the actual file. MANSOQ stores it privately and computes the SHA-256 digest. Refer to that source record from configuration rather than manually entering a storage location or digest.
3. Have a separate reviewer inspect it
A different authorized reviewer opens the short-lived download, checks the content, adds a review note and verifies the stored bytes. The source author cannot stand in for independent review.
4. Link the verified record
Select the reviewed source when drafting the related contract, policy, tariff or rule. If its interpretation is unresolved, retain the uncertainty and obtain a corrected, separately reviewed source.
Evidence does not equal activation
Verification establishes the reviewed source bytes. The target configuration still needs validity, governance approval and any external onboarding gates. Public reference or inferred material is not interchangeable with activation-grade contract, regulatory or payer-response evidence.
Public knowledge policy
Public training articles may explain this process. The private commercial document and any patient material belong in the facility evidence system, never in a public screenshot.
Troubleshooting
Activation still reports weak evidence
Verify the configuration references the reviewed source and its applicable period. A file upload alone does not finish the separate approval lifecycle.
