This resource is declared in mansoq-core at /api/v1/facility/{facility_external_id}/rcm/traces/. verified core mount in config/urls.py A registered path and an indexed handler do not prove deployment availability, user permission or production readiness.

Ch. 32's user-acceptance bar: the operator explains the result from the structure, so the losing candidates and the reason each lost are fields, not prose. The trace is append-only; a re-adjudication is a new row that names the one it supersedes, and the original keeps explaining the decision that was actually made at the time.
