Overview
This flow describes how to add the products you request to a purchase order in MANSOQ. Each item records one product and the quantity you request.
Pre-requisites
- You created a purchase order at the facility. See Create a purchase order.
- The purchase order is not Completed, Abandoned, or Entered in Error.
- Someone added the product that you request to the product catalog. See Product.
- You have the permissions listed below.
Permissions
| Permission | Access |
|---|---|
| Can Create Supply Request on Facility | Lets you add items to a purchase order at the facility. Facility Admin, Admin, Staff, Doctor, and Nurse have this permission. |
Steps
1. Open the purchase order
Open the purchase order that you want to add items to.
2. Start a new item
Click Add Item.
Note: MANSOQ does not show Add Item when the purchase order is Completed, Abandoned, or Entered in Error.
3. Enter the item details
Complete the item fields.

|---|---|
| Product | The product that you request. |
| Quantity | The quantity that you request for the product. |
4. Add the remaining items
Repeat the previous steps for each product that you need on the purchase order.
Expected Outcome
- The purchase order lists each item that you added.
- The detail page shows the requested quantity for each item.
- The detail page shows the dispatched quantity for each item.
- The detail page shows the remaining quantity for each item.
