This flow describes how to open a supply delivery in MANSOQ and read its details. You can also print a copy of the delivery.
Pre-requisites
- Someone created the supply delivery at your facility.
- You are a member of the facility that dispatches or receives the delivery.
- You have the permissions listed below.
Permissions
| Permission | Access |

| Can Read Supply Delivery | Lets you open a supply delivery and read its details. |
Facility Admin, Administrator, Admin, Staff, Doctor, Nurse, Volunteer, and Pharmacist have this permission.
Steps
1. Open the facility location
Select your facility. Open the location that holds the delivery.
2. Open the inventory
Click Inventory.
3. Select the delivery list
Click To Dispatch to see the deliveries that leave the location. Click To Receive to see the deliveries that come to the location. Open the deliveries tab.
4. Open the delivery
Select a delivery from the list. MANSOQ opens the delivery page.
5. Read the delivery details
The delivery page shows the details in the table below.
| Components | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the supply delivery. |
| Note | The note that the user added to the delivery. |
| Deliver From | The source location of the delivery. |
| Destination | The location that receives the delivery. |
| Status | The current status of the delivery. |
| Delivered items | Each inventory item in the delivery and the quantity moved. |
6. Print the delivery
Click Print. MANSOQ creates a printable copy of the delivery.
Expected Outcome
- You see the name, note, source location, destination, and status of the supply delivery.
- You see each delivered item with the quantity moved.
- You get a printable copy of the delivery when you click Print.
