Publish a fully guarded fictional organization-master package
Follow the observed successful one-row Clinic package with retained source bytes, separate reviewers and a current server receipt.

Before you begin
- Use a separate synthetic training estate and authorized maker/reviewer accounts for demonstrations. For production, use the actual approved organizational and contract sources.
1. Independently verify the retained Clinic source
Use a separate synthetic Clinic estate with no existing RCM candidates. The maker uploaded the actual mock PDF through the normal multipart endpoint. Its different existing Clinic Facility Admin inspected both pages and independent stored-byte SHA-256 proof, wrote a scope-limited note, checked the attestation and used Verify stored file.
1234- Open retained private document: Inspect the stored contents and metadata.
- Scoped review note: Record actual inspected evidence and its limitations.
- Contents attestation: Only after actual inspection.
- Verify stored file: Normal server verification retains separate reviewer identity.
12- Verified saved: Separate reviewer and actual retained bytes were independently confirmed.
- Exact register: Use this source ID in the isolated Clinic only.
2. Approve the exact dated draft as a different person
The maker created one explicitly fictional organization master with 2026 effective dates and the retained mock source, then used the normal draft→In review transition. The different existing Clinic reviewer named the exact model, external ID, current lock and Approved target and supplied the review reason.
1234- Exact model and row: Act on the reviewed configuration row.
- Current lock token: A stale save is refused.
- Approved target: Approval freezes content; it does not make the engine select the row.
- Independent review reason: The author and approver remain separate.
3. Confirm approval without inferring activation
The actual UI Approve/transition saved Approved with a new lock and named separate approver. Independent readback confirms author and approver differ. Approved freezes content and is not engine selectable. No clinical, price, benefit or entitlement rule was activated.
123- Normal transition action: The supported state machine was used.
- Saved Approved state: Content is frozen; this is not Active.
- Named separate reviewer: Independent readback confirms author and approver differ.
4. Run the maker’s exact server qualification
As the maker, open Publish package and label this fictional candidate. Run Validate configuration. The observed check passed for exactly one reviewed setting, with actual retained bytes, named approval and dates; its server receipt expires after 15 minutes and is bound to the unchanged candidate/evidence.
123- Exactly one reviewed setting: Success is scoped to this candidate.
- Expiry and change binding: The receipt cannot validate a different or changed candidate.
- Independent one-use approval still needed: The code is private and was not included in this screenshot.
5. Use a separate reviewer’s private one-use approval and publish
The existing independent reviewer issued a facility/action/field-bound create/approved_by code through the normal product endpoint. The maker entered that private code and used the actual UI Publish control. At the observed 1280px viewport the dialog footer lay below view; keyboard activation of its enabled focused control completed the normal UI submission. No code appears in published screenshots and no guard was bypassed.
1234- Immutable sequence 1: A correction must become a new package.
- Different publisher and approver: Normal dual control remained enforced.
- Server qualification reference: The package binds the actual successful candidate check.
- Candidate-scoped gates: No open gates in this Clinic candidate does not close another facility’s gates.
6. Inspect the immutable sequence and precise contents
The UI saved sequence 1 with distinct publisher and approver and a current server qualification reference. Inspect shows exactly one frozen Approved organization-master row. Its Signed contract label is a local mock evidence classification, never an actual executed agreement or licence. This package provides no clinical benefits, tariff, patient entitlement, insurer authority, external integration or government/customer UAT.
12- Frozen Approved row: Inspect exact rows and states, not just a package badge.
- Cut-time versus current gates: These are separate observations.
