Twenty-one bounded lessons from exact committed source: four read-only API contract lessons; one fictional Clinic insured-visit flow through financial commitment; three Laboratory Facility Admin catalogue workflows; one Nurse questionnaire print workflow; nine Nurse medication administration lessons in one fictional Polyclinic inpatient encounter; and two Clinic Facility Admin service-account creation/revocation lessons. One hundred and ten genuine app, native-dialog and saved-PDF viewer frames support reviewed instructions. The service account remained unprivileged and unlinked, its privately issued credential was revoked through normal UI, and no secret values are pictured. Generation/copy UI and tenant integration access remain separate. Medication examples retain this version’s completion-end and saved-dose edit limitations. Complete PRN indication/reassessment, bulk dosing, duplicate prevention, nutrition, prescribing and dispensing remain unqualified here. Existing eighteen overview/prerequisite gaps, six wholly unpictured Lab nodes and one partial Lab excerpt remain open. These bounded local examples do not establish all roles/facilities, whole-release coverage or production product deployment.

Existing Nurse on the exact committed 912828 snapshot, separate synthetic Polyclinic inpatient clone. One existing event completed through normal UI with a distinct end; one new Not Done event saved after selecting status before start editing; existing-dose lock and cancelled new-dose draft checked. Ordinary Nurse/Doctor API readbacks independently verify identities, counts, actors, occurrence and unchanged unrelated event objects. No clinical performer inference or all-role/facility qualification.
