1. Recognize the collapsed display limit
A collapsed product group shows up to three event time chips for a slot. The +2 More label in this example means two additional records are not currently displayed there. It is a plain indicator; do not assume that the visible three chips represent the full history or that the More label is a button.

2. Expand the individual prescription rows
Select the chevron immediately before the product name. The group expands into separate order rows. Read each row’s dose, route, instruction note and status to identify the intended prescription; the product name alone does not distinguish three orders for the same medicine.

3. Open the intended event from its order row
In the expanded scheduled MAR-A row, all five matching slot event chips are visible, including the corrected 12:55 AM event and original 1:13 AM event hidden in the collapsed summary. Select the intended event’s chip to inspect that existing record. Other prescriptions and other slots remain separate; expansion does not create or change documentation.

Scope of the displayed history
This lesson verifies five records in this one returned slot and three configured orders. It does not establish unbounded historical loading, every patient encounter, or an all-status export. The grouped PRN badge reflects a PRN order somewhere in the product group; inspect individual prescription instructions before choosing an administration target.
