7. Enter the replacement and explanation

Enter 101 mg/dL in the new result. Replace Conclusion with: SYNTHETIC SOFTWARE TRAINING ONLY - replacement numeric example 101 mg/dL. Earlier example retained as entered in error; no clinical interpretation.

8. Save the reviewed correction

Select Save Results once. Verify Result Review now shows 101 mg/dL, the replacement Conclusion and Preliminary.

9. Read the retained earlier result

The later Final report’s Test Results menu opens View Observation History. The original 100 example is retained there as Entered In Error, recorded by MANSOQ E2E Nurse.
