Before you begin

  • Use an authorised ordinary Doctor account in the assigned synthetic facility and patient scope. Actual native screenshots demonstrate Doctor only; Nurse and Staff checks are read-only authority observations.

2. Read the triage configuration warning first

The warning says Triage scale not configured. In this facility, the board orders patients by encounter priority, then arrival time. The Triage cells say Not configured. Do not infer a triage level from a priority label, position in the table or waiting duration.

3. Read each row across the seven columns

Read Patient, Triage, Priority, Waiting, Location, Practitioners and Handover together on the same row. A dash is the displayed absence of a value in that column; it is not a clinical assessment. Waiting includes elapsed minutes and an arrival time with its displayed time zone. These software-demo priorities and durations are not treatment or triage advice.

4. Distinguish this board from the full encounter list

The board includes Emergency encounters that are In Progress in this release. The later screenshot shows the new synthetic Emergency encounter after its return to In Progress; its On Hold state is deliberately absent in the companion screenshot. Absence from this board does not mean an encounter was deleted or completed.

Keep the configured and unconfigured paths separate

No triage scale, score, observation or protocol was selected or created here. A facility with a configured triage scale can expose different controls; those controls require their own authorised workflow. This guide does not establish triage, admission, discharge or handover completion.
