1. Verify the Nurse and selected encounter

Read the account menu and patient banner. Confirm MANSOQ E2E Nurse, qa-nurse, and the intended synthetic patient. The selected encounter is Inpatient, 18 October to Ongoing, with In Progress. Keep that selected encounter distinct from the older Completed cards.

2. Read each Vitals row separately

On Overview, scroll to Vitals. The first displayed row has GRBS 101 mg/dL; a separate row has Pulse 74 /min. Other cells show dashes. A dash is not zero or a normal finding. The table has no time column, so do not treat these two rows as a complete simultaneous assessment.

Understand the sparse table

In this release, Vitals groups saved observations by their exact effective timestamps and uses the configured Primary Parameters codes as columns. Different timestamps can therefore produce different rows with dashes. The table displays saved unit codes, but does not expose measurement time, author, an editable unit or an input field.
