Inspect the existing emergency board, priority, waiting time and missing-triage warning using the normal Facility Admin role. This is a read-only operational lesson, not clinical triage instruction.

One distinct new appointment on existing private 26 October 09:15–09:30 availability was saved Booked, correction Cancel was verified unchanged, then explicit Confirm saved entered_in_error and actual allocation 1→0. All prior 7 appointments, 3 schedules and 2 exceptions were preserved. No real attendance/care, new grants, public directory, charge, token, encounter or external notification claim. Five bounded manager lessons, 37 genuine 1728 × 921 frames, existing non-superuser Facility Admin in one fictional Polyclinic. 2. Read the unconfigured-triage warning

The example says Triage scale not configured and each triage cell says Not configured. The product does not infer a triage level from encounter priority in this state. Do not treat Emergency or Urgent in the Priority column as an established triage code. Configuring or recording clinical triage is a separate authorized workflow.

3. Read waiting and arrival context

Read Waiting together with Arrived and the displayed Asia/Riyadh timezone. Waiting is elapsed whole minutes from the encounter start, bounded at zero; it is recalculated when the board is read. These old fictional encounters deliberately show large durations. The arrival label shows time of day without its date, so do not infer a same-day arrival from the clock text alone.

4. Read location, practitioner and handover context

The row shows its recorded location or a dash, care-team practitioner text and a Notes count link. These are distinct records and fields. This read-only exercise does not open handover notes, edit triage, move a patient or change the care team.

5. Refresh and wait for the loaded board

Choose Refresh and wait for the warning and encounter rows to return. The recorded result retains the same three fictional encounters and missing-triage warning. The source also refreshes the board periodically; waiting minutes can increase with time without any business record change.
