Fourteen bounded lessons from exact committed96ca7318 using ordinary non-superuser Doctor, Nurse and Facility Admin roles in fictional Polyclinic and Laboratory examples. The original seven chart/history/ended-intake/current-versus-corrected row/coded-definition/Cancel/dashboard lessons remain unchanged. The actual retained baseline two-page PDF lacks repeated page-two patient context; keep both pages together. Its separately qualified source repair is committed as664f6a8f but that later version is not depicted by96ca screenshots. One additional normal Laboratory lesson creates a Draft Boolean parent with Decimal,Integer,DateTime,Time,String and Quantity components and saved UCUMmg unit, using clearly fictional custom URN codes rather than licensed clinical concepts. Both original definitions and all three objects after cancelled inspection remain exactly unchanged. The interpretation/status lessons are included below. One additional ordinary Doctor lesson reviews an IT-prepared prior Resolved non-error diagnosis, its author/note/completed source, sidebar preview versus chosen encounter, and the zero-selected history selector. It changes no clinical record; ordinary Doctor/Nurse readbacks preserve four diagnoses and three symptoms within seven total condition records, fourteen administrations,four requests and all encounters. Its intermediate browser leave-confirmation screenshot remains missing and explicitly disclosed. All-role/all-facility coverage, external NPHIES/fiscal/bank qualification, clinical interpretation authority and the original six prerequisite gaps remain open. Three additional ordinary Nurse lessons show required-field validation, synthetic72/min entry and optional note, persisted response/unit/server effective time, Pulse graph/recent data/full history, source Entered in Error confirmation and a distinct74/min replacement. Current96ca leaves the original derived observation Final and visible despite its source error; both chart points remain. All24 original wide frames and30 complete instructional blocks were root-reviewed, exact interactive geometry and six normal Nurse/Doctor state/unit response phases checked, and20 original clinical datasets compared field-for-field with only nested actor last_login ignored. This teaches actual current behavior and its explicit correction limitation, not a clinically approved replacement workaround or an already deployed repair. Two additional ordinary Laboratory lessons teach the clearly synthetic Decimal component range 0.00–10.00, child-sheet Save versus parent Save, the component/root conflict and cancelled removal, activation, cancelled retirement, actual update-to-Retired despite the Delete label, retained retired view, and normal edit through Unknown back to final Draft. All31 original wide frames and27 complete instructional blocks were root-reviewed. Root independently verified15 evidence hashes and eight normal API states: both original definitions, all six component codes/types/unit, and both cancelled target states are unchanged; only the intended fictional range and explicit lifecycle status change. This demonstrates software metadata controls without clinical reference-range authority, patient results, permanent deletion, or all-role coverage.

2. Cancel the conversion

Choose Cancel in the warning. ValueSets, SYNTHETIC training ValueSet 01, the matched display and enabled fallback remain in the sheet. The before-and-after captures contain identical pixels in this example.

3. Save the retained local rule

Use the sheet's Save after checking the retained values. The parent definition draft again shows the coded rule and Fallback Enabled. The parent Create action is the separate database save demonstrated in the related creation lesson.
