The Doctor also reviews and copies a prior symptom, distinguishes source/current authors and chosen encounter from a read-only preview, then returns to current work. Further symptom lessons show installed terminology lookup, unsaved draft removal, absolute/relative calendar onset, explicit clinical-field review, same-record lifecycle/correction, retained disabled error records and saved current authorship. The observed all-row symptom-upsert modification-time boundary and ambiguous cached selector are disclosed. Known filtered/stale diagnosis history, pre-save row-identity and date-only copy limits are explicit. Existing non-superuser Staff in one assigned fictional Clinic demonstrates private future availability, required-field and slot validation, partial/full-day exceptions, booking, rescheduling, cancellation, retained patient-booking history, Board/List/date/practitioner filtering, phone/name patient filtering with known-year identity verification, removable history-status chips and actual one-/two-row native Chrome local PDF output. The retained empty-list Print failure and safe reload recovery are explicitly pictured; numeric-token sorting is not qualified by missing-token examples. A separately identified existing local training IT setup actor corrects one stale fictional template logo URL; this does not qualify other administrator roles.
