Existing Nurse/Doctor users in one synthetic Polyclinic demonstrate medication batch entry, nutrition intake statuses, correction, completion, request stopping and saved chart/PDF outcomes. Existing Doctor users demonstrate diagnosis creation, same-record lifecycle/correction and a new current-encounter copy from a separately prepared fictional prior source. The Doctor also reviews and copies a prior symptom, distinguishes source/current authors and chosen encounter from a read-only preview, then returns to current work. Further symptom lessons show installed terminology lookup, unsaved draft removal, absolute/relative calendar onset, explicit clinical-field review, same-record lifecycle/correction, retained disabled error records and saved current authorship. The observed all-row symptom-upsert modification-time boundary and ambiguous cached selector are disclosed. Known filtered/stale diagnosis history, pre-save row-identity and date-only copy limits are explicit. Existing non-superuser Staff in one assigned fictional Clinic demonstrates private future availability, required-field and slot validation, partial/full-day exceptions, booking, rescheduling, cancellation, retained patient-booking history, Board/List/date/practitioner filtering, phone/name patient filtering with known-year identity verification, removable history-status chips and actual one-/two-row native Chrome local PDF output. The retained empty-list Print failure and safe reload recovery are explicitly pictured; numeric-token sorting is not qualified by missing-token examples. A separately identified existing local training IT setup actor corrects one stale fictional template logo URL; this does not qualify other administrator roles. Ordinary authorized readbacks verify persisted records and preservation. 1. Verify the intended saved appointment

Confirm the synthetic patient, Doctor, 19 October 2026, 09:00–09:15 and In-Consultation state. Use Print Appointment under Quick Actions. The existing token remains not generated.

2. Review the actual printable page

Review the clinic branding, patient, practitioner, date/time and synthetic note. Use Print to open the native browser preview. Back returns to the appointment without changing it.

3. Review the native PDF destination

In the actual Chrome print dialog, check Save as PDF, All pages and the single-page preview, including the visible logo and intended appointment. Use Save.

4. Save to a distinct local file

In the native file dialog, choose the local output folder and a distinct synthetic filename. Use Save. This example saves a PDF locally; it does not send the appointment or use a physical printer.

Print Appointment is not shown on a retained history entry

Check the saved status and actual Quick Actions. The pictured Rescheduled entry has no Print Appointment action. The existing In-Consultation entry used here has it; do not change a history status just to expose printing.
