5. Handle an ambiguous reusable-history display
Open Symptom History for source review. In the captured session the selector displayed two visually identical Root prior rows. Cancel the selector without choosing an ambiguous source. Observed recovery and remaining selector limit
After leaving the unchanged inspection and ordinarily reloading the saved encounter, a newly opened selector showed one eligible Root prior source. The current Entered in Error record remained retained in the form and API and was excluded from that reusable list. The fresh-session view is a recovery observation, not a repair of the captured selector merge logic. Corrected-record inspection and navigation produced no further saved changes. Qualification of the separate source repair requires its own committed runtime.

Preservation and bounded teaching
The same fictional current symptom progressed through lifecycle and correction. Separate role reads preserved all prior/current category-qualified diagnoses, the prior symptom and diagnosis, their completed source encounter, fourteen administrations and four complete requests. This does not qualify every role, facility, correction policy, permanent-deletion route or restoration workflow.
