History and scope boundaries
Past Symptoms is a patient-level view; the current encounter overview scopes its Symptoms section to the selected visit. The source implementation excludes Entered in Error records from this timeline and selector, while the current form can retain them for correction review. This observed lesson demonstrates two non-error records and their real navigation; it does not prove every status, every pagination branch or every role/facility combination.
