  • The eligible prior symptom was prepared separately through supported IT APIs: an Ambulatory encounter was created In Progress, its fictional M54.5 symptom and diagnosis were added, then it was normally completed. Root authored that prerequisite. An earlier completed-encounter write was correctly refused with 403 and was not bypassed. This lesson demonstrates the Doctor copying it; it does not claim the Doctor authored the source.

Copy identity and calendar-date precision

Copying creates a new current condition with problem-list-item category; it does not move the prior source or turn it into an encounter diagnosis. This interface converts the source onset to a calendar date: the prior 17 October 09:00 Riyadh timestamp becomes 17 October 00:00 Riyadh on the current copy. The source timestamp remains unchanged. This demonstrates date-level reuse, not exact timestamp preservation.
