Saved results are checked after reload. These local software exercises do not establish clinical care, physical medicine supply, actual money or external exchange. A focused mixed-expiry preview compares current-month-restricted stock with an eligible lot, checks automatic and manual quantities, and cancels with the original request and stock unchanged.

5. Recognise an unsaved overstock error and restore A two

One selected prescription has produced two batch dispenses in one order; two rows are not duplicate prescriptions.

8. Verify the prescription remains Partial and Active

Choose Preview Rx. The same request now shows Partial and Active. Its Total to Dispense still reads the original 10.00 count. The picture does not provide an automatically reduced remaining-five value. Use normal browser Back to return to the same saved order. Stop here for preparation; the next lesson issues and settles this one five-riyal invoice.

Keep quantities and completion records distinct

A2+B3 is five prepared count against the original ten-count request. All Given controls the medicine-request progress recorded at billing; the prescription-level Mark Complete is separate. With both off, the saved medicine request becomes Partial and its prescription stays Active. Neither label is the same as the later dispense order status.

Read the bounded stock and price result

The lot list showed only A two and B three available, at one SAR each. The one billing save consumed those five checked stock units into the two Preparation rows and generated the five-riyal Draft invoice. The actual saved total, not the earlier estimate or an altered catalog master, is the financial result for this synthetic case. No physical goods or money moved.

Troubleshooting

Insufficient stock appears beside A quantity

The example A3 value exceeds the available 2. Restore the valid A2 and B3 amounts and recheck both controls before saving. Do not submit the error state or infer that selecting two lots permits exceeding either lot’s own stock.

Only five units are selected but completion controls are on

Initial auto-selection can still leave All Given on and Mark Complete checked. Review both controls explicitly against the partial quantity. The authoritative save frame has both off; a temporary intermediate toggle view is not the final instruction.
